Many people understand the reasons for a teacher in school; to teach children the skills they need for life.  These skills will enable them to succeed and get a job in the future.  A part of the joy of teaching is seeing your efforts help develop the children’s minds into young adults.  

Sports coaches are very similar to teachers in that they are teaching a sport to people, these people could be children or they could be full grown adults.  No matter what level you are coaching at the principle remains the same, a coach has to teach the ins and outs of their chosen sport and so need to know how to get the most out of their team and athletes.
